Stratford health software provider names CEO

Stratford’s Management Health Solutions said it has tapped a clinical software entrepreneur as its new CEO.

Todd J. Plesko most recently was a vice president of product strategy at publicly-traded Vocera Communications. In 2016, Vocera paid $55 million to acquire Indiana-based Extension Healthcare, a provider of communication and workflow collaboration software that Plesko had founded and led as chairman and CEO.

Management Health makes software aids hospitals in tracking and analyzing supply and product utilization, helping to reduce expenses in the operating room and other areas. Its flagship product is called Case Cost 360.

Plesko succeeds interim CEO Brian Campbell, who will remain at Management Health as president and chief operating officer, the company said.
