Enfield manufacturer STR Holdings said its general counsel and senior vice president Alan N. Forman has notified the company he will resign next month to pursue another opportunity.
Forman, one of three executive officers, joined the solar encapsulant manufacturer in 2010.
He earned $557,000 in total compensation last year, according to a recent U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission filing.
He was previously a partner at international law firm Brown Rudnick.
