The Middlesex County Career Fair, postponed last week due to superstorm Sandy, is now set for the Monday after Thanksgiving.
The fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Cromwell’s Crowne Plaza hotel, 100 Berlin Road (Route 372).
More than 50 employers are expected to attend, the state Labor Department said Wednesday.
Jobseekers needing a résumé are urged to visit www.CT.jobs, the state job bank, which allows registered jobseekers to build an online résumé that can be searched by hiring employers..
Jobseekers can also visit their local CTWorks Career Center for free résumé assistance, including résumé preparation workshops and face time with a professional résumé writer.
In the Middlesex County area, nearby CTWorks Career Centers are at 260 Lafayette St. in New Britain, and 85 West Main St., Meriden.
