Oxford precision ball-bearing maker RBC Bearings Inc. has seated two new board members.
Stewart is former chairman of ATC Technology Corp. and has many years of financial and operational experience with Fairfield conglomerate General Electric Co, including as executive vice president of GE Capital and finance chief at a number of other GE businesses.
He also sits on the board of Nordstrom fsb, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seattle retailer Nordstrom Inc. Stewart earned a BA in economics from Tufts University.
Bergeron joined RBC Bearings in May 2003 and has served as finance chief since August 2003. Prior to this, he was CFO at several publically-held and private companies.
Bergeron holds a B.S. in Ffnance from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
