Ohio’s DuBois Chemicals Inc. said it has completed its acquisition of Angler Industries in Sterling.
DuBois said the deal will increase its Northeast market share and enable it to sell Angler’s metal working fluids and cleaning products to a broader global market.
Angler’s former owners, Wes Schluter and John Offredi, will continue to work with the business, DuBois said.
Schluter and Offredi said in a statement that the deal allows Angler to extend its product line in paint pre-treatment, wastewater treatment and cooling tower treatment.
