J. Dormer Stephen has been appointed to the board of directors of BioCT, a Groton-based bioscience industry group.
Stephen is currently co-chair of Hartford law firm Shipman & Goodwin LLP’s business and finance practice group. He has extensive experience handling sophisticated transactions for biotechnology, life sciences, medical products and healthcare technology companies.
