Other tenants include Citibank, European Wax Center, Mathnasium, Massage Envy, The Cut, Wayback Burgers and Planet Pizza, according to a brochure from the listing broker — Bronxville, N.Y.-based Royal Properties.
The property has three vacant retail spots, 164 parking spaces and is situated on 2.55 acres.
It is currently owned by MG 607 Main LLC, which traces back to another limited liability company (M.G. Huntington LLC), controlled by James Murray (of New York) and David H. Gaunt (of Florida), according to city records.
M.G. Huntington originally purchased the property in April 2004 for $8.25 million, city records show.
The property, called Center Seven, has been appraised at $2.29 million since 2023, up from $2.1 million from 2018 to 2022.
