New Britain-based Stanley Works today said its board of directors has promoted two longtime finance officials to executive officers of the tool and security-products maker.
The promotions of Mike Bartone, vice president of corporate tax, and Craig Douglas, vice president and treasurer, recognizes their “considerable contributions … to the success of the company,” Chairman and CEO John F. Lundgren said.
Bartone, who joined Stanley in 1987, leads the tax department. Douglas, who joined the company in 1977, manages its balance sheet and access to capital markets.
