Stanley sets dividend ahead of 2Q results

New Britain hand- and power-tool maker Stanley Black & Decker Corp. says it will pay a 41-cents-per-share cash dividend on Sept. 20 to common stockholders of record as of Sept. 2.

Stanley is set to announce second-quarter results at the close of the market on Monday.
