New Britain toolmaker Stanley Black & Decker Corp. seated Chief Information Officer Rhonda Gass, who is barely a month into her new job, to its board.
Gass joined Stanley in September after a decade with Texas personal computer giant Dell Corp., most recently as vice president of IT strategy, Technology and governance.
She takes over Stanley’s IT responsibilities handled previously by Bert Davis, senior vice president and president of Stanley Healthcare Solutions who will now focus his efforts there, the company said Tuesday.
