Stanley Black & Decker in New Britain declared a regular second quarter dividend of 33 cents a share to be paid on June 22 to shareholders of record as of June 2.
Stanley Works, which primarily made handtools and home and commercial security products, and power-tool maker Black & Decker Corp. completed their $4.5 billion merger in March.
