Stanley Black & Decker Inc. has disclosed that another member of its C-suite will be leaving the company in the weeks ahead as a new CEO takes over the New Britain-based toolmaker.
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary Janet M. Link will step down on Nov. 30 to pursue another professional opportunity, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Her exit follows a number of leadership changes at the company.
Chris Nelson recently succeeded Donald Allan Jr. as CEO, and
Bill Beck was promoted to president of the Tools & Outdoor division.
Link, who joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2018, has overseen the company’s legal, compliance and governance operations. The filing did not identify a successor.
