Stanadyne’s CEO M. David Jones is retiring, the Windsor engine components and fuel systems maker announced.
Jones, who has been with the company since 2006, oversaw the opening of a new manufacturing facility in China, the expansion of the company’s India facility and new global customer relationships, Stanadyne Chairman James Wiggins said in a statement.
Replacing Jones, who will remain on the board of directors, is Robert G. Isaman, an operating partner at Kohlberg & Co – a majority shareholder of Stanadyne.
Isaman was most recently CEO and chairman of Stolle Machinery Company, a Colorado production equipment maker for the beverage packaging industry.
Isaman has also worked for Terex Corp. and United Technologies Corp.
