The 635-space parking garage for Stamford’s Metro Center has installed an electric vehicle charging station.
The 280,000-square-foot office building at One Station Place will utilize a 240-volt charging station for electric vehicles. Motorists will have to pay the use the station.
Metro Center is located near the Stamford Transportation Center by Interstate 95.
The Car Charging Group of Florida installed the charging station for Empire State Realty Trust, which owns the building. LAZ Parking of Hartford operates the garage.
