Information Services Group Inc. in Stamford is buying British business adviser Compass, whose clients include ING, Kraft and Sony.
Information Services Group’s (ISG) TPI unit is paying an unspecified sum for Compass, whose specialty is benchmarking and analyzing client’s real-time data to help improve their operations.
Compass has 180 employees in 16 countries, including the U.S. and Canada.
Together, the companies have more than 600 employees in 21 countries.
“Importantly, this acquisition also represents the next step in executing our strategy of building ISG into a premier global information-based services company,” said ISG Chairman and CEO Michael P. Connors.
