Stamford’s Frontier Comm. issues $600M in debt

Stamford’s Frontier Communications Corp. sold $600 million of debt, $100 million more than originally planned, authorities say.

Frontier said its 7.125 percent senior notes are due 2023.

Frontier is using the proceeds to retire existing debt and general corporate purposes.

The joint book-running managers for the offering are Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.
