A Stamford-based company that manages waste and recycling services for more than 700 business customers across North America has named former GE HealthCare executive Luiz Verzegnassi as CEO.
Waste Harmonics Keter, which serves customers across 70,000 locations, said Verzegnassi took over the role Aug. 17.
Verzegnassi most recently served as president and CEO of GE HealthCare’s services division. He previously held other leadership positions at GE HealthCare, as well as Acument Global Technologies, Volkswagen and Ford Motor Co.
Waste Harmonics Keter was formed through the combination of Waste Harmonics and Stamford-based Keter Environmental, creating a large independent provider of outsourced waste and recycling management services.
Private equity firm TPG Growth acquired Keter in 2021 and later invested in its combination with Waste Harmonics.
