A Stamford office building has sold for $1.35 million and is expected to be converted into a dental office, according to the listing broker.
Hector Silva purchased the 6,601-square-foot, 2.75-story building at 1458 Bedford St. Attempts to reach Silva were unsuccessful.
Silva plans to use the property so a family member can relocate her dental practice from another Stamford office, said Bob Virgulak, a real estate agent with Century 21 AllPoints Realty. The dental office is expected to occupy the ground floor, with apartments on the upper levels.
The seller was Cadet Realty LLC, controlled by Victoria De Toledo and Stewart M. Casper, of New York.
The building, which sits on a 0.18-acre parcel and was built in 1914, is appraised at $944,280 and assessed at $660.990.
