A five-story medical office building in Stamford has sold for $4 million, according to city records.
1290 Summer Street LLC, controlled by Brianna Giordano, has bought the 42,921-square-foot building from Jenn Realty LLC, which is controlled by Stillman Management of Harrison, New York.
Jenn Realty bought the building, which sits on a 0.8-acre lot that encompasses 1290 Summer St. and 189 Franklin St., for $12 million in 2015.
The structure, which was built in 1981, is assessed at $5.86 million and appraised at $8.37 million, city records show.
The property features 118 parking spaces, some of which are covered, according to William Pitt Sotheby, a broker for the seller.
The building is located less than a mile from both Stamford Hospital and the Stamford Health Tully Center.
“Its proximity to major highways, including I-95 and the Merritt Parkway, further enhances its appeal as a premier healthcare destination,” William Pitt Sotheby said.
According to William Pitt Sotheby, the new owner plans to transform the facility into a “premier health destination, contributing to the advancement of medical services in Stamford.”
