Nexus Health, a Stamford-based health care consulting firm that advises drugmakers on pricing, reimbursement and product launches, has acquired Florida-based Stratis Group.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Nexus Health is part of The Lockwood Group, which provides medical communications and commercialization consulting services to life sciences companies. Nexus works with drug manufacturers on issues such as insurance coverage, patient access and market strategy as new therapies move toward commercialization.
Stratis Group provides consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and physician network clients, focusing on commercialization strategy, patient services and reimbursement support, along with data analytics.
Nexus Health said the acquisition adds to its capabilities in areas such as patient support services, data analytics and reimbursement strategy, as drugmakers face increasing complexity around pricing, coverage and patient access.
