Beyond Homecare Staffing Service LLC has entered into a long-term lease for 3,000 square feet at 2285 Whitney Ave., Hamden, which will serve as the company’s new corporate office.
Stephen Press, SIOR of Hamden-based Press Cuozzo served as the exclusive listing broker on the deal, which is the fourth lease the agency has completed for the new ownership, Whitney Merritt, LLC.
The building is now 80% leased with one 5,000-square-foot garden-level space available, Press said.
The Whitney Avenue building was recently upgraded and offers 21,000 square feet of multi-tenant office and retail space with easy access to the Merritt Parkway and Interstate 91. It is walking distance to Hamden’s central business district, restaurants, a new hotel and financial institutions.
