Farmington resident and University of St. Joseph School of Pharmacy professor Bruce Edgren recently accepted an appointment to West Virginia Sen. Jay Rockefeller’s office where he will be working on health and health finance issues.
Edgren, who is chairs the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Administration, received the appointment as a reuelst of being named a 2012 – 2013 Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Health Policy Fellow.
Edgren will spend a year in Washington, D.C. working in congressional offices with key responsibilities for health legislation and programs.
