St. Francis HealthCare Partners has named Trudi McKenna to the newly created role of executive director, finance and administration.
McKenna will be a member of the executive team and oversee all financial, credentialing and human resources aspects of St. Francis HealthCare Partners. McKenna will be responsible for growing the finance team and developing the organization’s human resources capabilities as well as providing strategic leadership.
McKenna has more than 20 years experience in finance. She worked most recently at Hartford Healthcare’s Integrated Care Partners (ICP) as its director of finance and administration. McKenna was a member of the team that created ICP and while there she co-led the Medicare Shared Savings Program for the Hartford HealthCare ACO.
Previous leadership positions include system integration and practice plan management at Hartford Healthcare as well as finance at Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia.
