Andrew K. McFarlin, of Woodstock, has joined Hartford’s Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center as director of the Strategic Portfolio Management Office. In this newly created role, McFarlin will coordinate, manage and oversee all strategic information technology projects. McFarlin has more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and previously served as corporate director of information technology at the Johnson Memorial Medical Center. He graduated from the University of Connecticut and served as an avionics crew leader/avionics technician in the U.S. Marine Corps.
