Dr. Jeffrey R. Brown has joined the medical staff of St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center as a board-certified, fellowship-trained specialist in sports medicine.
Brown completed his fellowship training in sports medicine at UConn Health’s Department of Family Medicine and received his residency training in family medicine at the University of Rochester/Highland Hospital in Rochester, N.Y.
Brown’s clinical interests include shoulder and knee injuries, overuse conditions and sports-related concussions. He is a consulting or team physician for numerous sports teams, including Central Connecticut State University and the University of Hartford.
