Dr. Shushunova Sangia has joined the medical staff of St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center as a hospitalist and Dr. Sampada Acharya has joined as a board certified specialist in rheumatology. Both are with St. Francis Medical Group.
Sangia completed residency training in internal medicine at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital and Mount Sinai West Hospital in New York City.
Acharya completed a fellowship in rheumatology at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven and is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology. She received her residency training in internal medicine at Danbury Hospital.
