Windsor financial software provider SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. said it will provide Sprott Asset Management with its automated settlement notification software, SSCNet.
The software will enable automated and standardized communication of post-trade details between the Carlsbad, Calif.-based registered investment adviser and its brokers, SS&C said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Sprott is a part of Sprott Inc., which had $7 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31, 2013.
