Windsor software service provider SS&C Technologies Holdings on Monday named a former Goldman Sachs partner to its board of directors.
Michael Zamkow was a partner at Goldman Sachs from 1994-2001, playing a key role in heading up the firm’s future sales effort in New York and fixed income sales in London.
SS&C picked Zamkow as a director because of his financial services background, said Bill Stone, SS&C chairman and CEO.
Zamkow also sits on the board of trustees at Northeastern University.
