Windsor financial software/services vendor SS&C Technologies is giving itself a 25th birthday present with the launch of its global wealth platform product to the Asia market, the company says.
SS&C is making its Asia debut at Singapore’s two-day Private Banking Conference that started Tuesday.
Private wealth managers in North American, Europe and Australia use the same platform to invest, model, analyze and trade investments across a wide range of portfolios.
“We are extremely proud of the contributions we’ve made to the global investment industry over the past 25 years,” said Bill Stone, chairman and CEO, who co-founded SS&C in 1986.
“Asia Pacific is a competitive environment for the wealth management industry,” Stone said, :and rapid growth presents its own challenges in terms of advisor retention and cost inflation.”
