Windsor financial software and services provider SS&C Technologies Holdings said it has established a servicing group for real estate investment trusts.
The company said it has been providing accounting and reporting services for mortgage REITs for more than 10 years. The new group will focus on residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
SS&C said its service could save time for REITs that use spreadsheets and manual processes to handle regulatory reporting and compliance.
