Windsor financial software maker SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. said Michael Daniels, a recently retired IBM executive, has joined its board of directors.
Daniels retired in March from his position has head of IBM Global Services after 36 years with the company.
He said in a statement that his industry experience in outsourcing services and integrated technology services will be an asset to SS&C.
Daniels is also an independent director of Tyco International Ltd.
