Windsor’s SS&C Technologies Holdings said it has agreed to acquire an Irish company that services life insurance and pension plans.
SS&C did not disclose financial details of its deal to acquire Capita Life & Pensions Services Limited (CLPSI).
CLPSI employs 380 people, who perform financial and back-office administration services, claims management, actuarial and financial reporting, investment administration, product and IT development, and other services for life and pension plans around the world.
“CLPSI is a well-established services and technology provider in Ireland, and the acquisition adds to our international outsourcing business,” SS&C CEO Bill Stone said in a statement.

The deal is slated for a second-quarter closing.
