A property hosting a Starbucks along busy Route 10 in Southington has sold for $1.5 million.
The 1,347-square-foot restaurant building on nearly half an acre at 613 Queen St. is located next to an interchange with Interstate 84.
The building was completed in 2006, according to assessing records.
In a sale logged by the town on Feb. 21, JJ TIC LLC sold the property to Mocha Yemen LLC, whose principal is Mohammed Alsaidi, of Old Westbury, New York.
