Century 21 AllPoints Realty of Southington announced Wednesday it would partner with Century 21 Blue Marlin Pelican of Florida to expand the reach of both companies.
The combined companies will have 18 total offices in the two states and employ more than 500 real estate agents.
With 10 offices and 400 agents, Century 21 AllPoints is the No. 1 brokerage in Connecticut and is in the top 25 nationally in the Century 21 network. Its main office is located at 117-119 North Main St., Southington, with offices in towns including Branford, Stratford, Wallingford and Stamford.
Century 21 Blue Marlin Pelican is in the top 5 of Century 21 brokerages in Florida, with eight offices and 100 agents. Its main office is in Destin, a beach town on the Florida Panhandle between Pensacola and Panama City.

The combined company will provide brokerage services including residential real estate, commercial real estate, investment real estate and long-term rentals, according to a statement.
