Prospect Mortgage LLC, a California company with a Northeast division, has acquired East Lyme’s Diamond Mortgage Group, the two announced.
Joining Prospect are Diamond co-founders Diane H. DeLauro and Sandra A. Montanari, partner Susan E. Shepherd and accountant Heather Cini Roberts.
Scott Johnson, president of Prospect’s Northeast division, said the deal increases Prospect’s presence in Southeastern Connecticut.
Prospect also has offices in Branford and Trumbull.
