South Windsor skating rink sells for $1.85M

The South Windsor Arena ice skating rink recently sold for $1.85 million.

The property at 585 John Fitch Blvd., is 55,000 square feet and was built in 1966.

The buyer is Number Three LLC, whose principal is Andrew Petrin of Hingham, Mass.

The seller is Leonard Grigorian, who purchased the property for $2 million in 2015.

The sale includes 4.3 acres.

The property has 60 parking spaces on a surface lot.
