A medical office building in South Windsor has sold for $1.4 million, according to property records.
3R Realty LLC purchased the property at 22 Morgan Farms Drive in June from 22 Morgan Farms LLC, according to land records. The buying LLC is controlled by Rahul Sharma and Rekha Joshi, who list a South Windsor business address.
Sharma is the founder of RS Dental CPA, an accounting firm that specializes in serving dental practices. He said he plans to relocate the firm's offices to the building while continuing to operate it as a medical and dental office property.
Sharma said he and Joshi purchased the property because they have seen South Windsor grow over the years and expect that trend to continue.
"We are residents of the town of South Windsor and over the years we have seen strong growth in the town and expect this to continue in future," Sharma said.
The seller, 22 Morgan Farms LLC, is controlled by Ahron Rosengarten of Brooklyn, New York. He purchased the property in 2022 for $1.1 million, property records show.
The property contains a 10,050-square-foot office building on a 2.08-acre site. Built in 1988, the building was about 60% leased when it was marketed for sale and includes 76 parking spaces.
