The heating, ventilation and air conditioning-supply company Windsor Winair has leased one of the largest industrial facilities in West Hartford, a 35,658-square-foot building at 9 Andover Drive.
Located in Oakwood Industrial Park, near the CTfastrak busway, the 13.08-acre property is owned by Marjam Supply Company of Farmingdale, New York. An affiliate of Winair, WinSupply West Hartford, began leasing the property in July, according to CoStar.
The property has five loading docks, two drive-in doors, a railroad spur, according to a listing from real estate broker Morrow Realty. The base rent is listed as $5.50 per square foot.
Winair, headquartered in South Windsor, describes itself as a “service delivery wholesaler for Hartford County and surrounding areas.”
The company was founded in 1995 by Glen Baskin. It has about 600 wholesalers in 45 states, along with multiple locations in Connecticut.
