Sarah Soules has been promoted to senior vice president and manager of the restructuring and recovery team at Webster Bank in Waterbury.
Soules joined Webster in 1998 working in collections and has been promoted several times over the years, including to her most recent position of senior special assets vice president for restructuring and recovery. Webster modified more than $200 million in mortgages and kept more than 1,300 people in their homes during the Great Recession.
She replaces Erin Dorman, who is now senior vice president, director, commercial banking professional services.
