Fastfood operator Sonic Drive-In is holding hiring fairs in Wallingford Tuesday and Thursday as it prepares to open its first Connecticut restaurant.
The fairs will fill about 100 full- and part-time positions for the restaurant at 1033 West Colony Road due to open in July. Sonic of CT franchisee Robert Mesite plans a second Sonic is planned for Manchester, but no specific location or opening date has been set.
The Wallingford Sonic needs crew members and skating carhops to serve customers sitting in their cars or on the patio.
Both fairs will be at Villa Capri, 906 North Colony Road in Wallingford, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m.
