The parent company of Waterbury’s Somers Thin Strip has named a new general manager for the metal foils manufacturer.
Olin Brass Products said Howard McCready will take the GM spot at Somers, replacing Kevin Bense, who was promoted to president of A.J. Oster, a subsidiary of Olin’s parent GBC Metals.
McCready joined the company in 2011 as a supply chain manager.
