The Somers replica of Thomas Jefferson’s iconic Virginia plantation, Monticello, is on the market with a $6.5 million price tag, brokers say.
S. Prestley Blake, co-founder of Friendly’s restaurants, started in 2013 building the nearly 10,000-square-foot mansion on 10 acres, with 11 rooms, five bedrooms and four full bathrooms.
William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
General contractor Laplante Construction Inc. was the builder.
