Cabrera Services Inc. named Alan Solow chief executive officer at the East Hartford engineering services and environmental remediator.
Solow succeeds founder Lorenzo Cabrera, who remains chairman.
Solow comes from Shaw Group, where as senior vice president he managed federal operations for environment, energy, and response since 2010.
Prior to that, he spent 17 years at Weston Solutions, most recently as the chief operations officer.
