Solomon expands with Deltron

Solomon Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of electric power drive systems, expanded its scope today with the purchase of Deltron Inc. The Pennsylvania maker of power supplies will be grouped together with Solomon’s Danbury-based Technipower LLC, and will be run by Danbury executive Jack Worthen, president of Solomon’s Power Electronics Division. The deal was made for an undisclosed amount in cash.
