The Strong Family Farm in Vernon has hired Jen Smith as its executive director.
Smith has nonprofit training and credentials from Tufts University and the University of Indiana. She has been in the nonprofit space professionally for six years.
In her new role, she is responsible for growing the farm’s educational programs to more youth and adults.
