Jack Smith has joined Lyman Real Estate, a Westbrook commercial real estate firm, as a realtor.
Smith is the past president and CEO of J.E. Smith & Co. Inc., which operated for many years in the  wholesale and retail lumber and building materials industry in the greater Waterbury and Southington areas. He has recently been active in the shoreline residential market and is transitioning to the
commercial and development industry sector.
