Glastonbury’s Smith Brothers Insurance said it has acquired the assets of Chester’s Archambault Insurance.
Archambault, which has been in business for more than 100 years, will remain in Chester with its current staff and managers, brothers Ray and Tom Archambault, Smith Brothers said. Terms of the deal weren’t released.
Archambault’s website lists a staff of seven.
Smith acquired a Waterford agency in September and a Southington agency last year.
