SmartPower has hired Kate Donnelly to manage its residential solar outreach efforts in Connecticut.
The Washington, D.C., nonprofit is a co-sponsor of Solarize Connecticut program, which is overseen by the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority.
Donnelly has been involved in the program through her work in Mansfield and Windham with a program called the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Energy Challenge.
In her new role, she will expand her outreach for the program around Connecticut.

Donnelly is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and serves on the District 11 Board of Education.
