An aging, 27-room hotel in Windsor recently sold for $1.1 million.
In a deed recorded Oct. 9, a limited liability company headed by Bipin J. Keshavji sold a 10,119-square-foot building housing the Windsor Towne House Hotel to CT Anchor Equity LLC.
The three-story, brick-veneer building was completed in 1965 and sits on 0.18 acres at 19 Maple Ave.
The West Hartford address listed for the buyer – CT Anchor Equity LLC – is occupied by Harvey’s Café & Market. The buying LLC’s principal, Sasy Dagy LLC, is registered in Wyoming.
Reports filed with the Wyoming Secretary of the State’s office for the buyer of the Windsor hotel, and the entity that owns the Harvey’s Cafe property, are signed by Ammad Khan.
The limited liability company that purchased the hotel, also used it as collateral for a $650,000 mortgage from Bloomfield-based Pinnacle Financial Services.
Khan signed for the mortgage.
