Reid Slayton has joined executive search firm Horton International as managing director in the U.S. He will be based in West Hartford.
Prior to joining Horton International, Reid owned and operated his own retained executive search firm, Ember Search. This firm focused on building executive management and technology teams for early stage firms as well as established organizations across multiple technology sectors. Slayton’s earlier experience includes positions with several other search firms where he focused on filling roles in network infrastructure, virtualization, wireless, security as well as enterprise software.
